For any strategic report, it's vital to be relatable and approachable to citizens.
Bold colors, hand illustrations, and playful layouts were utilized in order to steer clear of the drab materials often seen from governmental organizations. 

This report has served as an invaluable tool to inform local legislators
and their constituents of the Bureau’s policies and plans.
